By downloading, installing, or using the Inspova app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Inspova is an AI-powered personal wardrobe management app available on the App Store. The service includes:

• ·Closet organization — photograph, catalog, and manage your clothing items
• ·Outfit building — create, save, and browse outfit combinations from your wardrobe
• ·AI auto-tagging — automatic identification of clothing categories, colors, and attributes
• ·Smart search — find items in your wardrobe using natural language queries
• ·Personalized suggestions based on your style preferences and wardrobe data

Features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in account termination.

Subscriptions & Payments

Inspova offers a Pro subscription plan at $69.99 per year. Subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple In-App Purchase via RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• ·Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• ·Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• ·You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• ·Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
• ·Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Inspova, including clothing photos, wardrobe data, and outfit combinations. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your personal photos for advertising, marketing, or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

The Inspova app, including its design, features, code, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Inspova and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or connected networks
• Use automated means to access or scrape the service without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

Disclaimer of Warranties

Inspova is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated suggestions, tags, and search results are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspova and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Inspova after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
