By joining the Inspova waitlist or using the Inspova app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Inspova is a personal wardrobe management app currently in early access. Features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Waitlist & Referrals

• checkJoining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app.
• checkReferral rankings are determined solely by the number of verified signups through your unique link.
• checkWe reserve the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
• checkOne account per person. Creating multiple accounts to game the referral system will result in disqualification.

Your Content

You own the content you upload (photos, wardrobe data). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your personal photos for advertising or share them with third parties.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• closeUse the service for any unlawful purpose
• closeAttempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• closeCreate fake accounts or manipulate the referral system
• closeUpload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

Inspova is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
