Information We Collect

  • ·TikTok handle, if you choose to provide it
  • ·Referral activity — who referred you and how many people you've referred
  • ·Clothing photos and images you upload to build your wardrobe (future app feature)
  • ·Outfit data you create within the app (future app feature)
  • ·Device location (when permitted) to provide weather-based outfit suggestions
  • ·Usage preferences such as default view, temperature units, and style settings

How We Use Your Information

  • ·To manage your place on the Inspova waitlist
  • ·To track referrals and move you up the waitlist when friends sign up with your link
  • ·To provide and operate the Inspova app
  • ·To power AI features including clothing identification and outfit suggestions
  • ·To store and sync your wardrobe across devices
  • ·To improve app performance and fix bugs
  • ·We do not sell your personal data to third parties

Third-Party Services

Supabase

Database and authentication. Data is stored securely on Supabase servers.

Google

Used for Google sign-in and, in the future, clothing identification via Gemini. Images may be sent to Google's API for processing.

Open-Meteo

Used for weather data. Only your device location is used.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Only you can access your wardrobe data.

Your Rights

  • ·Delete your account and all data at any time
  • ·Revoke camera, photo, or location permissions at any time in iOS Settings
  • ·Contact us to request a copy of your data

Children's Privacy

Inspova is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
